Class details

Sitnarong Muay Thai adopts a few different strategies which makes its teaching style a little unique but provides for accelerated learning (and we all want that!) In this class, all students train together and benefit from each other’s experience which allows newer people to move ahead at a faster rate by training among others who are more experienced. The more advanced student has their needs catered for too by being given extra, more advanced techniques to work on in the class. We find this accommodates all levels of Muay Thai student within our club.

Classes normally feature a warm up of some kind then we work on the key components of Muay Thai; footwork, punching, elbows, knees, kicking and clinch work (stand up grappling) including some throws. We also incorporate some sparring of sorts but hard sparring is always optional or done after class. There are too many different individual techniques to list so the best way to find out for yourself is to get down and try out a class!
