Punching combo’s and Kettlebell routines

Another one of our more recent (and popular) changes, Boxfit kettlebells is pretty much what it says; basic boxing combinations put together with a variety of ever changing kettle bell routines. This class is always challenging as it’s the perfect opportunity to improve your all round strength while getting those cardio levels higher and higher. Each week is different so you will never get bored BUT you will get to see those gains, so come along and give it a go!
