Boxing drills and bodyweight exercises
Our unique Boxfit “Punch” class is a mix of semi technical punching drills and bodyweight exercises, guaranteed to get your hands a working, and your heart a pumping! Each Tuesday night from 6pm we get to work cranking out those basic boxing combinations followed up by the most effective bodyweight exercises that will build your cardio to insane levels, strengthen and tone your whole body, increase co-ordination and burn massive amounts of calories. So go on, do it!
