Group Fitness Timetable

Please note the Halswell Boxfit is indoors and is now Tuesdays AND Thursdays. All other classes held at Bamford Street as per usual!

Monday

11.30am-12.15pm Ladies only Boxfit (Dougal). Pad and bag work with full body and core strength exercises

6.00-6.45pm        Muay Thai Basics (Dougal). Pad work, good for new students

6.45-7.30pm        Muay Thai Partner Training (Dougal). Sparring and partner training drills.

Tuesday

5.30-6.00pm        Boxfit H.I.I.T. (Andre). 20 minutes of high intensity interval style training using bags and other stuff.

6.00-6.50pm        Boxfit Punch (Andre). Punching drills and bodyweight exercises

6.00-6.50pm        Boxfit Halswell (Dougal). Punching drills, bodyweight exercises and some use of med balls, power bags etc

Wednesday

6.00-7.00am        Boxfit drop in circuit (Sinead). Rolling start time, 2 minute rounds of pads, bags and other bits.

5.45-6.30pm          Muay Thai Basics (Dougal). Pad work, good for new students

6.30-7.15pm         Muay Thai Drilling (Dougal). Multiple rounds of pad work combinations repeated at a high intensity

7.00-8.00pm         Fighters (Brett)

Thursday

5.45-7.00pm*        Boxfit S & C (Andre). Rolling start time, come in any time after 5.45 and crack on. The ultimate Boxing/Muay Thai strength and conditioning class, featuring a bit of everything needed to get those fitness gains.

6.00-6.50pm        Boxfit Halswell (Dougal). Punching drills, bodyweight exercises and some use of med balls, power bags etc

Friday

6.00-7.00am        Muay Thai General (Dougal). All aspects of Sitnarong Muay Thai suitable for all

6.00-6.50pm        Boxfit Enduro (Dougal). Punching drills and a variety of circuit training

Saturday

12.00pm-1.00pm     Muay Thai General (Dougal).  All aspects of Sitnarong Muay Thai suitable for all

We encourage students to attend as many classes as possible, including new Muay Thai people coming to the Monday night 6.45pm-7.30pm class as soon as you feel you can (this is our most technical class and does feature some contact work). Drop in and try a complimentary class and see what you think of our awesome atmosphere and friendly environment.
