Timetable

All Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are held at Bamford Street and the Boxfit classes are included as part of your membership

Monday

6.00-6.45pm               Muay Thai Basics (Dougal). Especially suited to new students, this class is the best one to learn (or hone!) your basic footwork, striking, clinch and all other aspects of Muay Thai. It’s pad work only (no contact work) and is also a great way to build your fitness too.

6.45-7.30pm               Muay Fight Training (Louis). This class features performing combinations and sparring drills with both people wearing shin guards and big gloves. It is better suited to the more advanced student as there is both contact work and some sparring.

Tuesday

5.30-6.00pm               Boxfit H.I.I.T. (Andre). 20 minutes of high intensity interval training using bags and other stuff

6.00-6.50pm               Boxfit Punch (Andre). Punching drills and bodyweight exercises

7.00-8.00pm               Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Jader). Gi based BJJ for all levels, 13 years and up

6.00-6.50pm               Boxfit Halswell (Dougal). Punching drills, bodyweight exercises and some use of med balls, power bags etc

Wednesday

6.00-7.00am                Boxfit Circuit (Sinead). Rolling start time so get there when you can for rounds of pads, bags and other great bits.

5.45-6.30pm                 Muay Thai Basics (Dougal). Especially suited to new students, this class is the best one to learn (or hone!) your basic footwork, striking, clinch and all other aspects of Muay Thai. It’s pad work only (no contact work) and is also a great way to build your fitness too.

6.30-7.15pm                Muay Thai Drilling (Dougal). Each person does repeated rounds (up to 10 in a row) of differing combos at a fast pace. This class is still great for new people as the repetition of the striking and clinch is great for developing technique but advanced students will enjoy the challenge.

7.00-8.00pm               Fighters (Brett). For the Sitnarong fight team, please enquire

Thursday

5.45-7.00pm                Boxfit S & C (Andre). The ultimate Boxing/Muay Thai/BJJ strength and conditioning class, featuring a bit of everything needed to get those fitness gains. Note, it’s a rolling start time so get there when you can!

7.00-8.00pm               Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Jader). Gi based BJJ for all levels, 13 years and up

6.00-6.50pm               Boxfit Halswell (Dougal). Punching drills, bodyweight exercises and some use of med balls, power bags etc

Friday

6.00-7.00 am               Muay Thai (Dougal). General Muay Thai training suited to all students including newcomers. Students with more experience will work to a slightly different format within the class. Everyone is welcome to join this class as it has a wide scope of format.

6.00-6.50pm                Boxfit Enduro. Punching drills and a variety of circuit training

Saturday

10.45am-11.45am     Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Jader). Gi based BJJ for all levels, 13 years and up

12.00pm-1.00pm       Muay Thai General (Dougal).  General Muay Thai training suited to all students including newcomers. Students with more experience will work to a slightly different format within the class. Everyone is welcome to join this class as it has a wide scope of format.

We encourage students to attend as many classes as possible, including the Monday night Muay Thai 6.45-7.30pm class as soon as you feel you can. This is our most technical class and does feature some contact work and you will need to purchase your own training gear for this. We always have equipment available for purchase and can offer a special finance plan. Drop in and try a complimentary week sometime and experience our awesome atmosphere and friendly environment.
