Designed by one of Christchurch’s most experienced Personal Trainers who specializes in fitness for Martial Arts, these classes feature basic punching techniques in a variety of different formats designed to get your heart rate up, improve your fitness for Boxing, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while at the same time getting an awesome, fun workout while burning a massive amounts of calories. They are of course non-contact and you can come along and work at your own pace, but be prepared to be challenged if that’s what you are looking for! Bring a towel and drink of water too.
