Class details

Brand spanking new for 2018 and in keeping with both fitness trends AND some genuine good old science, this class is a 20 minute blast designed to get the heart pumping and the muscles burning. H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) is scientifically proven to burn a massive amount of calories during and after exercise to make sure you metabolise deep fat stores and get the best possible cardio gains in the minimum amount of time. Bring your gloves along and come and try it out. Kick off is at 5.30 pm and features a 5 minute warm up then 20 minutes of flat out pedal to metal. BUT, don’t worry if you are not so fit as your instructor will make sure you build in to the class at the level right for you, check it out!
