The ultimate in Boxing/Muay Thai related strength and conditioning classes where we mix together Boxing with a bit of everything to help you achieve your fitness goals. This class is a little unique in that every week we do a different work out that you start anytime from 5.45 pm on wards, with the goal being to get it done in on or about 30 minutes, as long as you finish by closing time (7.00 pm). That's right, when the gym opens is when you can start the workout! Perfect for those of you who can't get to a 6 pm start as it's no problem to rock in and kick off at 6.15 pm. PLUS, we have an experienced pad holder holding pads ONE ON ONE for you at certain times during the workout so you can get that bit more attention to technique and really feel the burn. And yes, you super fit people out there can "go round twice", or one and a half times if you like, 'cause that's how it works! The workouts are different week to week and incorporate boxing on the bags, boxing with the pad holder, step up boxes, battle ropes, power bags, slam balls, kettlebells, skipping, rowing, some running (always optional), body weight exercises and are perfect cross training for martial arts or general fitness.
